    We normally set up one SynergyMail account per dealership website you have with us, and you can have as many templates as you want for each SynergyMail account. However we will only supply one free default email template per dealership that is brand compliant for that manufacturer.

  • What if I want a custom template or make changes to the default template?

    You only need one template to send as many campaigns as you want. However, in some instances you may need some of your campaigns to look quite different (eg, a service reminder email). We can create custom templates or make custom changes to the default template we normally provide, charged at our standard hourly rate.

  • What are the different user access levels?

    Each user of your SynergyMail account can be assigned different levels of access. You can choose if they can access any of these functions:

    • View Lists & Subscribers
    • Add new subscribers
  • How can I curate a list of subscribers?
